IRE Terms & Conditions of Sale

All purchase transactions executed through International Restaurant Equipment Co., Inc., and/or IREkitchen.com hereinafter shall be referred to, as "IRE" or "Seller" is subject to the following terms and conditions.

TERMS OF SALE: The Seller Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of Items ("Item" or "Items" if plural). Any one who enters the Site and purchase goods and services (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer".) These Terms establish enforceable rights and obligations applicable to the Buyer and to Seller. You should read these Terms carefully. If you agree to accept and be bound by the provisions of these Terms you should click the "I accept" button that appears at the bottom of this page.

Seller may amend these Terms at any time and from time to time by posting the amended terms on this Site. Due to constant increases, prices are subject to change in any time without notice. If you use the Site to purchase any Item, you agree that you have accepted these terms and conditions and all amendments to these Terms that are effective as of the date of your purchase. You have the responsibility to review these Terms for amendments. These Terms may not be amended in any other fashion.

RETURN POLICY: All products are shipped in good working order. All damages and/or shortages must be reported to the freight carrier within 24 hours to obtain an inspection report. We will assist you in processing the claim and to arrange for product replacement.

  • All sales are final and are not subject to be returned without first obtaining the written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document from Seller.


  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days.


  • No returns of damaged merchandise after delivery has been accepted. Please check and inspect shipment before signing receipt. All damages or shortages must be reported to the freight carrier and a written notice to IRE within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.


  • When requesting return, please furnish Invoice #, Item #, Quantity being returned, and the reason for the return.


  • Any authorized return is subject to a 20% restocking charge plus all applicable freight charges to both destinations.


  • No returns allowed on: 1) Damaged Merchandise, 2) Special Order Merchandise, 3) discontinued or Close-Out Merchandise.


  • Shortages: 1) As in any business, it is the customers responsibility to check what is being received before signing for it. If there is any shortages please indicate so on the Bill of Lading, and the driver will report this to his supervisor. 2) No shortage claims will be accepted after the Bill of Lading has been signed and the driver has left.

WARRANTY: All Merchandise Equipment and Appliances are sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. These warranties are provided for the end consumer only. IRE is a distributor and is not responsible for the repair of merchandise. IRE will provide Buyer with the name and Telephone number of the nearest factory authorized service agency.

PAYMENT: IRE will charge the Credit Card of the purchaser upon confirmation of order. The amount of the charges will equal to the purchase price amount plus Sales Taxes, and any Shipping and Handling charges when applicable.

MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum Order Entry is $250.00 Dollars. All Orders Are Subject To IRE Acceptance.
